Schedule for public classes: Every Saturday from 4-6pm
Ages: Classes are geared towards ages 13 and up
Prices for monthly memberships:
$40 for one hour classes; $60 for two hour classes
Price per session for public classes:
$10 for an hour; $20 for two
Private lessons:

About the Classes
Karate is a fun and rewarding activity that men, women, and children of all ages can benefit from! Karate classes can help you boost your confidence, increase self discipline, and improve health and fitness. I focus my karate classes on traditional techniques, self defense, confidence building, and personal development. I also teach boxing and grappling basics, as well as physical fitness and strength training. I always do my best to tailor classes to individual student and family needs and goals.

About my style of karate
The style taught in our karate classes is Mizuumi ryu Karate. I developed and teach Mizuumi ryu, and it is dedicated to developing body, mind, and spirit. Visit the Mizuumi ryu Karate – Official Home Page for the description of the style. It is primarily based on Heiwado Karate and Boxing, with some influence from grappling arts.
We are not a “McDojo”
I do not require any contracts or “upgrades” for my karate classes. I also do not charge belt testing fees, federation fees, annual membership fees, or any of the other unethical business tactics used by “McDojo” schools. We believe in running a school as an educational environment. The traditions of the martial arts are top priority. As such, I do not sacrifice the student-teacher relationship for a quick buck.
